Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:

Items not in their original condition, or with damage or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. We’ll let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged items).
If this is the case, please send us a photo or video as proof before returning the item, and we’ll work with you to cover the return shipping.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or not correct.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@sarahathletics.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
