Shipping policy

At our store, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent out from our office in Austria, which can take 2-4 business days after your order. Shipping outside of Europe will take significantly longer than within Europe. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery within Europe usually takes about 15–30 business days. Outside of Europe can take up to two months, which always depends on the postal service and is out of our hands. 

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately you may not be elgible for a refund or exchange.

  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
