3. Ordering Process

By placing an order on our Website, you:

Confirm that all details you provide are accurate and complete
Agree to enter a binding purchase agreement under Austrian law
Are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Once we receive your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. This is not yet a legally binding contract. The contract is only concluded once you receive a shipping confirmation or the product is delivered.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices listed are final prices in Euros (€), including VAT (if applicable), and do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

You agree to pay all applicable charges at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment fails or fraud is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Austria and internationally (where possible). Shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination and will be displayed during checkout.

Delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., customs, weather). We are not liable for such delays but will do our best to support you.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving your goods — without giving a reason.

To exercise your right, email us at info@sarahathletics.com. We’ll provide return instructions. You must return the item(s) unused, in original condition, and at your own cost.

No right of withdrawal applies to:

Custom or personalized products
Digital content that has already been accessed/downloaded
Used/opened items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and product designs, is the property of Sarah Athletics or licensed third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
